I’m Jenna Houseknecht, the Owner and President of WellPact. After more than 15 years in my family’s secure print, mail and fulfillment business, I saw an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in healthcare by focusing on delivering at-home test kits and custom medical kits with precision and care.
I founded WellPact to support health and wellness companies in providing patients with the tools to take control of their health. By handling the complexities of kitting and logistics, we enable our clients to focus on improving patient outcomes. I’m especially passionate about advancing women’s health and serving underserved communities, ensuring that quality care is accessible to all.

Hello! My name is Pax, and I’m the Director of Pawsitivity at WellPact. I’m a golden retriever, and I was hired because I embody the core values that make WellPact a special company—trustworthy, intelligent, loyal, and reliable.
We are not a “one paw fits all company”, we customize and cater solutions specific to our customers’ needs. We create custom packaging that’s both functional and fetching.
Being the Director of Pawsitivity is hard work, but seeing the smiles of our clients makes it all worth it and I’m proud to be part of a team that delivers top-quality, customized solutions for our unique clients.
